Many villagers suffer from chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and cataracts simply because they aren’t aware of the symptoms or can’t afford the initial check-up. Minor infections often turn into major surgeries due to lack of early intervention. Our mission is to break this cycle of “waiting until it’s too late.”
How Our Medical Camps Make a Difference
Our camps are more than just a quick check-up; they are a comprehensive health event designed to serve the community:
- General Health Screenings: We provide free consultations with qualified doctors, checking vital signs, blood sugar, and blood pressure to catch “silent” diseases early.
- Vision & Eye Care: Following our Trust’s specific goal of vision restoration, we screen for cataracts and distribute free corrective glasses, helping the elderly regain their independence.
- Essential Medicine Distribution: After consultation, patients receive the necessary medications free of cost, ensuring they can start their recovery immediately.
- Preventive Awareness: We educate families on hygiene, nutrition, and maternal care, empowering them to prevent illnesses before they start.
